The following B.Tech. programs are offered at the Haridwar campus:


  • Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)
  • Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AID)
  • Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks Physics and Chemistry, and at least 45% marks in Mathematics, with an aggregate of minimum 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
  • Date of Birth must fall between 1st July 2004 and 30th June 2009.

The annual tuition fees for B.Tech programs at the Haridwar campus are categorized into four slabs based on merit and scholarship eligibility:
